The experience with both the pest control service specialists that we've been assigned have been just great. They've patiently answered our questions, addressed our concerns, taken time to explain things (whether on certain nests or on the products that Arrow uses) - everything has been great.
The treatments have thus far been effective. I've spotted dead roaches outside the house, but not spotted any inside.

Josh was new to me, introduced himself, asked how things had been since last service, was friendly and professional, got right to assessing each room, first asked if there was anywhere off limits, was very thorough (much appreciated) and completed his visit. He listened well, interacted in a friendly/professional way and went to work. Told me to let him know if I had any problems between services. He’s an excellent representative for Arrow.
