It’s a really cool gym. I like to work out on the treadmill for 45 minutes then do 30 minutes on the Machine weights Then I head to the sauna for 15 minutes Shower off and then jump in the pool! It’s an awesome way To stay in great shape.

Varoety of classes.
Everyone at Y from employees to other clients has been pleasant and supportive. It is a great environment that anyone can be comfortable in. Everyone treats everyone with respect, a novel concept in this day and age. Except for a walking/jogging path, the Y has everything you need for a great workout and various sports. I recommend to anyone either trying to get back into shape and/or stay in shape through a healthy workout routine.
They have excellent knowlegable trainers available at an extra cost to help design a workout regimen to help you achieve your health and life style goals. I highly recommend the Y to all who want to stay or become healthy.
Clean, neat facilities...
I love the classes and instructors. Facilities are always well maintained. My only complaint is the lack of machines after 5pm.
