I very much enjoy this facility. From the people, to the equipment, to the programs… all are phenomenal! I especially like the peace of mind I get with any of the programs—they’re safe for my child and don’t break the bank!

Initially four visits very positive. Great staff, good physical plant, well maintained. Needs more treadmills. Coffee bar a huge plus. Parking arrangement is ideal.
Just joined, and delighted with congeniality of employees, ease of checking in and parking - also love the lockers, coffee, and diversity of facilities. Only improvement could be more treadmills - nearly always full to capacity - clearly a huge demand for THAT.

It's relieving to know that the Y has trustworthy individuals to pickup my child from school using their vans. They have amazing coaches that have energy and personality to play with the kids outdoors or on the basketball court. Thank you for all you do!!
They are pretty good with the kids after school, my kids like being here for the brief time. They’ve always been very attentive to my questions and concerns.
All the different sports offered, how friendly and personable the staff is, the childcare provided while working out.

My son Eric loves coming to the Y after school. He enjoys the staff and everyone knows him by name. All the staff members are friendly and helpful as well.

I really enjoy the gym and amenities at the Pensacola Y! Staff is always very friendly and I have enjoyed my membership there over the past few months since I joined. I particularly loved going to the dry sauna and started going when directly after it was renovated. Although, I love going to the Y and will go out of my way to go even if I only have time for the sauna, I feel that both the wet and dry saunas are not very well cleaned. The sauna is a very big part into why I enjoy my membership at the Y, but I have been disappointed in how often it is cleaned and maintained. I have seen many times fellow members clean the floors of the sauna or do different things to make the sauna a cleaner place, but I haven’t seen Y employees do the same. I’m sure that Y employees clean these facilities after hours or perhaps during the day even, but I still feel that it is not cleaned enough. I know that many other members feel the same way and for the cost of the membership, I feel that it is fair to ask that these saunas should be cleaned much more frequently. I even think that the sauna could be closed for 15-30 minutes for cleaning throughout the day would be fine. Again, I enjoy my membership at the Y and especially enjoy the saunas, but the dry sauna in particular has been a little dirty and smelly and could use some additional and frequent cleaning. Thanks!!
