There is something for everyone! I love the spin classes and the variety of teachers that conduct those classes. The other group fitness classes are also amazing. All instructors are friendly and informative. I think it’s a good schedule overall for all activities in that whether you’re still working or your retired, you’ll be able to find something that you want to do at a convenient time.This is the first fitness center that I have not felt intimidated. It’s a very welcoming friendly, and fun place.
Please please please post log in information for individual workout rooms. Unable to use over weekend until staff returns. Also having access to remote control for TVs over the weekend/unstaffed hours. I typically workout very early and I deserve the same access to amenities as someone who works out during staffed hours.
I didn't add this in my original message, because I thought there would be a separate area to add comments/recommendations. I would highly recommend adding more fans in the men's locker room. It gets a little muggy in there and having some fans to move the air around would assist with cooling down after working out and showering.

Clean facilities, good selection of equipment, friendly staff.
Wonderful pool and staff. HOWEVER, some sort of notifications should be sent when the facility is not available. I drove a long way to bring my grandsons to swim in the activity pool. Today it was not open because of contamination.
Diversity
I am thankful to have aftercare provided at Brown Barge Middle School as a working parent. Mr Zeke was great! It was very club friendly too, allowing my child to attend and come in late after band or club practices that finished before 5. I appreciate outside time and homework time as well as snacks. Thanks so much!
The PEOPLE! The YMCA has done a tremendous job in selecting counslers and a director that truly care about the kids, the parents and their fellow YMCA family. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and I am grateful this the village looking after mine!

My son has been in the after school care program since this year. The director Cameron and all counselors are patient and helpful as he settled in Y.

Body pump class is awesome, but could the class times please be spaced out again?
I absolutely love YMCA and all their programs and all the people that work for them. And with them, they've been excellent with my son. I would recommend to anybody. They have great programs and even have assistance for low income families
We love the new gym and how convenient it is. So grateful that it is open 24 hours as well.

I am a visually impaired person who comes to the YMCA for water activities. I really enjoy it and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I like the fact that the building is handicapped accessible. I’m always telling people about how much fun I have at the YMCA.
I enjoy the new remodel and the clean facility and equipment.
I would like to see more evening classes such as Zumba, dance, weightlifting classes. I hope you will continue to have Saturday Zumba class as well.

Seems well organized. It could be cleaner - especially men’s locker room. People are helpful and friendly.

Pickleball basketball I like all the water aerobics and classes that are offered
I'm there for the water aerobics classes and pool. Just hoping for a longer season with a heated pool one day! I had that luxury in Tallahassee. I know there are other great classes offered though.
The classes are all inclusive ! The Betty J. Pullum YMCA is a well thought out facility with very clean equipment & locker rooms. The staff are very helpful, friendly, & professional. I love the family environment at the pool with plenty of chairs & canopies for just relaxing. Not everyone has to have a "model type" body to be a member. I feel very comfortable at the Betty J. Pullum YMCA. I'll see you there !
We really enjoy the upstairs gym and the classes.
A broad choice of group classes options, such us Water Arrobics, Body Pump, Yoga and others. Furthermore, cleanliness and friendly staff are a differential.
You offer programs for old, out of shape, and arthritis people such as water fitness, tai chi and chair yoga.
Convenient and well equipped. Not overcrowded but plenty of energy
