I love being greeted by the friendly Welcome Center staff! I always find a treadmill available upstairs. Love Andrea's Tuesday spinning class.

What do you like about our program and activities?

All the windows giving a great open feeling. Variety of weight machines in good condition. Have not been in pool yet but looks great for lap swims. Staff very friendly.

The gym has been clean and well kept every day that I have been to workout. The staff has been very friendly. It’s been great!

I love the martial arts program!! I am learning so much in Karate and enjoy coming every week. The instructor is fabulous and so very patient. I'm delighted that the Betty J. Pullum location is doing martial arts now.
