I was very pleased overall. Tom did a great job in a timely manner. The only thing I wasn't 100% happy with was the power washer which wasn't strong enough to do the job, but they came back later with a stronger machine. If I had had to pay for the time the under-powered machine took, I wouldn't have been happy, but that was not the case. I'll definitely use your services again and recommend you to others.
I had somewhat of an emergency (broken faucet and no water in the kitchen), and I was worked into the schedule to get a repair done the same day I called. The technician was friendly and efficient.

The employees at House Medic are prompt; i.e. they were at my home within 20 minutes of my phone call and have always been available the same day!
