They went above expectations without being asked, as they mitered my steps to match the contour of my fieldstone foundation. This is the second time (and not the last) I have used this company.

Chris went way above and beyond what I expected. I didn't think there was much that could have been done with my granite counter-top and was planning for worst case scenario of replacing it.
