This review is long over due. House doctors has exceeded my expectations and I’m very happy I hired them to correct the problem That was having .
Eddie was my technician/contractor.
We had a rain/water leakage problem from the sliding door located in our basement. Directly above it is another sliding door on the main level of the home which “seemed” to not have any problems.
Eddie arrived on the day of consultation. I described the problem I was having in the basement within two minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and came up with a plan to fix it. We scheduled an appointment.
He said both sliding doors needed to be removed to ...( contractor lingo that no longer remember because it has been a few months) ...
A few days later Eddie showed up on time with materials. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and transparent with me in regards to what to expect in a worst and best case scenario during the process, as layers of the affected area needed to pull backed to do a final diagnoses. Let’s just say I was stuck with best case scenario which saved me a lot of money.
It’s been a few months and have a had a good amount of rain in the are since the fix. Not ONE LEAK!

House Doctors Handyman of NW Atlanta provided excellent professional advice and repair of the tiles in my bathroom. The company is knowledgeable in all aspects of home repairs and fair in their pricing. In addition, they offered sound recommendations for other future improvements and repairs. What also is unique about House Doctors is that the president of the company schedules visits to personally inspect the work as it is being completed to insure your satisfaction..
Joe was awesome as were the gentlemen that did the minor home repairs. As noted in the other survey and phone call with Libby, there were issues with the painters.

Communication back and forth was ideal. The men were on time and clean up was always completely done.
On time, respectful, very very knowledgeable, great suggestions, hard working- not a time waster! Efficient, they are working on a second project for me that’s how much I believe in them.
