The repairman was wonderful! Super professional as well as friendly. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He got the part needed and even cleaned up after his work we he was done. He finished the work all while I was able to continue working at my desk and was no disruption to me at all. I was also contacted 15 minutes ahead of time by someone letting me know he was coming, and they were friendly and professional as well.
It was fast, professional, and the technician was very knowledgeable and skilled.
