I get a conversation and estimate of repairs. Appointments kept and work completed. While not the cheapest option = the work is correct the first time and I do not have to track them down for invoices.

Everyone is pleasant to deal with. Timely, clean in working, do not leave a "mess", helpful, cooperative, knowledgeable. As a woman I truly dislike being "talked down to" and this isn't an issue. Everything has been done properly, nothing has been "make do". No corners cut. The associates answer questions and take direction, each one I have had do work has been very professional. If I want to watch, I can. If I have a list and they work through it with input as needed, it works. It is easy to coordinate and schedule. Neither cooperation nor reliability has been a problem. My results have been excellent without exception.
