First and foremost...You returned my phone call! The time between listening to my phone call, coming to view my project, showing up to work on the project were within an acceptable timeline. The job was well done to my unprofessional specifications in a professional manner. My husband now has a wonderful ramp to navigate with his walker. The only drawback is that my dog is afraid of the ramp.

Of course, being from Howell means you have to be outstanding.

The prompt service on time to appointment friendliness of all I delt with. Reasonable cost of service.

Feel comfortable with you and know you will do a good job. Also I know you will always respond to me no matter how small the job.

1. Reliable: They have always shown up for estimates or contracted jobs (I have had two with them) on time and prepared/no problems....
2. Friendly: Kind, professional workers do all the work agreed upon without any issues and just full of smiles no matter how many times I interrupted them to ask what I am sure, as I think about it now, must have been rather annoying questions...or even worse, when I made suggestions!
3. Reasonable: Estimates are usually reasonable and compare fairly to competitors (I ALWAYS get three estimates....they were always either the lowest, or second to lowest but first to commit to a prompt start/finish date...that is why I picked them...)
4.Efficient, easy to communicate with: Office staff always answer the phone, answer e-mails, and are also very kind and proficient at what they do, and just like the workers who have come to my house, seem happy and friendly and sometimes just plain funny to talk to! (Susan is a highly skilled person ....but she is also a hoot!)
5. Professional: do the work as expected, if not better, on time.

The repairman was on time, professional and did a good job.

Very knowledgeable friendly and courteous staff in the office and the workers that came to install a backdoor. The backdoor that was being installed was not normal size and the two workers did a great job installing the back door and the workers installed a better door than we originally had paid for which made all the difference in this back door installation project. Would use house doctors again for any Home Improvement project and would recommend them to others interested in Home Improvement projects. Very satisfied with their work, great price and service
