The salon is a very neat, clean and friendly place. The services so far have been excellent. I had a blowout, a facial and a massage. I was satisfied with each of these services and would recommend it to others.The company has a nice policy of offering excellent discounts to new clients so that they can experience for themselves how good the services are.

The store hours are convenient and the facials and the people doing them are great. My only feedback is I had a collagen mask and after Cindy took the mask off she wiped off the collagen rather than leaving it on.

Ease of booking appointments and the ability to often get in at the last minute. The facials are totally comparable to any traditional salon and I think all the estheticians do a terrific job and are consistent with their waxing and facial services/quality, which is top-notch. I also appreciate that the aestheticians don't talk to me during a facial. As lovely as they are, when I get a facial I want to relax and not talk/listen, and a lot of other estheticians I have had elsewhere are too chatty for my taste during the facial. I really LOVE faces 365!
