Everyone was very professional, but a lot of fun!
1) Online appointment service: I really liked the very easy online appointment service. I made the appointment very easily, and got an email confirmation. But I never got a phonecall confirmation, so I called the next day to confirm that everything went through. I would rather of had the receptionist call to confirm my appointment that I made online.
2) Owner/Feedback: I like that the owner was on premise, and genuinely interested in getting feedback and making improvements, where & if necessary. She inquired how I heard about the business, and I informed her that I use the yelp add. Currently, the business has really solid reviews on yelp, and that can really make or break a decision (at least for me) to make an appointment/reservation at that business.
3) Clean bathrooms: I really appreciated the clean bathroom! I appreciate that they had nice, high end, products in the bathroom that were being sold in the front room!!!
4) My actual service: I appreciated my facial technician. I thought that she really took the time to make me have a great experience. The product used was effective on my skin.
5) Front room: I loved the detox water - with the lemon, cucumber, mint, honey, etc. I had several glasses of the water - it was delicious.
6) Other: I really appreciated the first time guest specials. That lured me in (especially the $25 monthly special for microderm- that was awesome!!). I really like the fact that Faces365 spa is on www.spafinder.com. I received a SpaFinder voucher from a friend, and I am able to redeem it at Faces365.
7)Improvements: The only things I might change is having the facial photo machine out the front - I didn't really want everyone to see me getting my face photos, and then having the receptionist read out my results in front of everyone - that was a little embarrassing.
Another thing that I notice was the noise of others while I was getting my service. They weren't trying to be quiet, and I could hear their whole conversations (which I didn't really want to while trying to relax & getting my service).

We will be more aware when using the results tracker. The information is private and we will treat it as such. We will give more coaching to the staff about the importance of quiet in "The Haven".

The front desk staff was very friendly and informative. Able to answer all my questions. Surroundings were very relaxing and decor was aesthetically pleasing. My therapist was wonderful! She explained everything about the procedure prior to performing and always let me know what she was about to do prior to doing it. Allowed me to provide feedback on my comfort level throughout the procedure. Loved the products used. My skin felt fantastic and was glowing after my procedure.
