Scott was knowledgeable, clever, and strategic in his listing timing as well as pricing. He gave fantastic advice that was absolutely necessary and appreciated. I lived hours away from the property sold and he went above and beyond with his time to be at the location for events I couldn't make it to and offered to do so much more than I expected from a realtor. He was able to put me in touch with people to help get the property up to code and even advised me with contract matters that came up during the properties initial listing.
