David Wilson is a real estate professional and former engineer. He has a strong grasp on the housing market and data analytics which benefits him greatly in establishing things like sales price based on similar properties in the area. DAVID brings a lot of experience to the strategy of sales. Period. He was very helpful as a consultant for preparing our house for sale. DAVID was very well organized, communicating clearly, and following up where there was a need to do so DAVID was also honest and conducted himself with integrity. We sold our house very quickly and it was easy to close. We received an excellent offer for an excellent house. I highly recommend David Wilson as a realtor.
