We also appreciated that she has a good eye for design and how changes large or small might improve a home. Kim eased my move from a 2700 sq ft home to an apartment, less than half that size and out of state. She recommended professionals who handled minor repairs in the house and some who donated and properly disposed of those things that I could not take. I thought the pictures of the cleaned-up house, ready for sale, were remarkable!
Kim also watched over and kept me informed (with pictures) of a project, initiated before my actual move, but completed afterwords. That seemed to me to be 'above and beyond duty'.
Kim patiently answered my endless questions while completing the paperwork and quickly responded to questions which arose during this process. It was a joy working with her. I have recommended Kim to many of my friends.
Jason was very helpful in explaining the remedial measures which had been taken in the condo which I purchased. He gave me all of the information I needed for making an offer and for closing - he anticipated my questions very helpfully. During the walk-through Jason checked systems which I would have overlooked.

Rachel Howard was my listing and seller's agent. This sale was somewhat unusual in that it was for a vacant lot after total demolition of my fire damaged house which had stood on the land for 27 years. I decided not to rebuild and recently relocated.
Rachel priced the lot to sell quickly, and it went under contract at the listed price the day it was put onto the MLS. The first contract (second inquiry of the day) was contingent on financing and fell through due to the buyer's change of heart. Rachel subsequently contacted the first person to ask about the lot (a couple hours after the first contract failed). The lot then went under contract a second time at the listed price on the same day (April 3) and closed two weeks later.
Rachel was outstanding during the process of contacting the necessary parties to the sale.
She kept me advised of the status of the two contracts by text, email, and phone calls in a timely manner. Minimal effort was required on my part.
Rachel is tied for first place for the best real estate agent I've had since 1989. I'm looking forward to having her be my buyer's agent when the time comes.
