Our experience was probably new for Betsy since we were coming from out of town and had no particular timefrane as to when we had to move which made it difficult for all of us. The Ann Arbor area being such a dynamic housing market also made it difficult since good properties came and went pretty quickly. However, Betsy stayed with us for EIGHT long years until we found a property that ticked the majority of all our boxes. It was perhaps a more complicated purchase than most since it involved two lots and had some issues with the health department, but evenually it all worked out and we are very pleased with our purchase, and were glad that Betsy and Reinhart stuck with us through all of this. We would certainly recommend both to anyone looking for a good realtor and even a friend.

Hillary Ward went out of her way to work with us on selling our Aunt's house. We live in Arizona and a lot had to be taken care of long distance with a 3 hour time change. Hillary takes her job seriously, but was there to let us know the options on all offers. We had a favorite offer, and while Hillary was patient with us regarding this offer, the house ended up going to the second bidder.

We looked at a ton of homes over the course of a year before landing on the right one, and she never once pushed us toward a quick decision — she understood exactly what we were after and was patient through a long, constantly evolving search. When the home we wanted came back into play after our first shot at it fell through, she moved fast and positioned us perfectly to get back to the table.
Where she really stood out was the hard part: the inspection and negotiation. She helped us assemble the right specialists, took the findings seriously, and advocated hard on our behalf to get to terms that genuinely reflected the condition of the home. She knows the Ann Arbor deeply and gave us straight, well-reasoned advice at every turn rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear. Even when the deal got complicated and non-linear, she stayed calm, responsive, and completely on top of the details.

Jason has done a phenomenal job being my real estate agent, both for when I bought my house four years and now when I sold it. He gave very great advice and he backs in suggestions with his experience and data. He backs you when there's difficulties in the home buying/selling process and cares about giving you the best deal. He legitimately wants the best outcome for you, even if it means he doesn't get the best deal possible as a real estate agent, which is very rare nowadays. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy/sell a home to work with Jason.
