My wife and I decided we were going to relocate from San Diego to Ann Arbor to be closer to her family in anticipation of the birth of our first child. From the first call with Kathryn she instilled a sense of confidence and professionalism and local knowledge that we thought was a perfect fit for our situation. We were able to coordinate home inspections from a distance, but when visiting one particular home, she strongly encouraged me to hop on a redeye and see it for myself the next day. I’m glad she did, we loved the house, and within 48 hours our offer had been accepted. She was clear and thorough through a 21 day close process, everything went smoothly, and we were able to close in early February. With her help and guidance, we will be able to settle in our new home and have everything in place before the birth of our child this summer.
