I got caught by a turn in the economy with a very unique house. So, it was on the market for an extended period of time, and the asking price was lowered significantly as a result.
But, that was timing. I don't think it was anything Alice and Al did, or didn't do. They spent >a lot< of time with me working through the challenges. I am grateful for their support

When we were planning to buy a house in Ann Arbor, I knew nothing about the market. Fortunately, we got Judie's help. She first designed over 20 house visiting schedules based on our needs. Through comparing different areas and types of houses, we gradually got to know Ann Arbor. Finally, we chose 111 N Ashlye St. In every step from house inspection, signing the contract, applying for the loan, closing the deal to moving in, she gave us professional advice and assistance. My son and I are both very satisfied with the Condo. It was Judie's professionalism, enthusiasm and friendliness that supported us to complete this asset allocation within two months.

Kirsten was absolutely fantastic. She was always "in our corner," raising questions and pointing out things we should think about and be aware of when making our decisions. Her eye is also always on the ball: she keeps track of all the little details and stages of the buying process. She was also super responsive, and was willing to spend as much time as we wanted answering out questions. More generally, Kirsten is always willing to go the extra mile. For example, during the inspection period, she scheduled and managed various contractors who came to inspect the property and tell us what is wrong and how much it will cost to fix. She even videoed one of these inspections to make sure we knew exactly what was said. We could not have been happier with her.
