where to start, we have work with Barbara before and closed faster than we anticipated. So this sale went thru as well but it was due to Barbara's attention to detail. She suggested staging and the photos take were stunning. Upon inspection of the home some minor issues were discovered that led to coordinating and getting several professionals to come in rapidly and work to meet the closing deadline. However they worked quickly the work was excellent no cut corners. her communication throughout the process was comforting and put at us ease and we knew the plan and what was expected of us. Collection of information from the HOA was needed and she listed what was needed and followed up to ensure we provided that. Closed loop communication is excellent! No confusion and nothing was missed. An absolute pleasure to work with during a daunting sale. I highly recommend Barbara for here skill and excellent ideas and ability to read the tea leaves in a challenging time for home sales and buying.
Stacie was friendly and most important honest about the worth of the property. Her strategy had us receiving 10 bids within a week. She handled a lot of the issues with the County so I didn't have to. The entire process was quick and easy. I would (and have already) recommended Stacie to future buyers and sellers.
