Mr. Malcolm was absolutely a joy to work with. From the day he can to the house to look at it, he was attentive and considerate. He walked me through every step of the process and how to maximize my profit from the sale. When I had questions, (that I thought might be trivial), he took out time to explain everything to me. No matter what time I reached out to him, he responded very quickly. This sale was difficult for me because it was my mothers house. Mr. Malcolm understood this and was very empathetic. Kim was super throughout my home search and then the bidding/purchasing process on the home that I eventually bought. Very thorough, professional, friendly, and quick to respond to questions and concerns. I have to give her special credit for her honest input in the offer/bidding process (which I requested). Experience such as hers is a huge asset.
Carmen was very proactive and had a lot of unique ideas to market my property. She didn’t sit back and just let the listing speak for itself, although the photos, videos and brochures were very well done. She is a full time, knowledgeable agent with a lot of energy and first class presentation. I was very pleased with her representation.
