Keri constantly kept in touch: asking if we needed anything from her, informing us of inspection findings, outlining the path to get our home on the market. We had a unique opportunity for an off-market sale - Keri discussed the pros and cons of this avenue with us and allowed us time to decide our path. Once an offer was made/accepted, Keri kept us updated on the progress and next steps.
