Kurt tells you the truth about your house or the offer you're putting in on a house and what you need to do to get it done. He is very honest and respectable. I like that he's a full time realtor so if you give him a call to look at a house he can usually get you in quick to look at it.

We never felt uncertain or unsure about our status or our next steps. We always felt like we were her only clients. The one on one interaction was always fantastic as well.

Attentive and honest
Mr. DeRossett did an excellent job in bringing about the sale of a residence. I was an out-of-state seller. Miscellaneous problems had to be addressed in order to bring about the sale of the residence. Being absent, I was not able to handle these problems. Mr. DeRossett went out of his way to address each problem. He greatly exceeded my expectations.
Cheryl is very personable, she listens to your wants, does her best to find your dream home but doesn’t push.
Vance is very knowledgeable and professional. He walked through our home, gave recommendations for the showings, did the comps and recommended a price. We listed it and had a full price offer 2 days later. He was always quick to respond to questions and made the whole process very easy.
