Our project wasn’t a very big one for her. Yet, it was filled with unforeseen challenges in the closing process. No fault of her own. She had great poise and at one point we were quite discouraged, but through a sequence of events that unfolded I’m quite sure she was the one instrumental in turning it back around in the right direction.
Jennie was fantastic. Excellent realtor, I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell their home or property. In the last year she has sold two properties that she listed for me. One sold for my asking price and the other for very close to my asking price. The last property was more challenging to sell because of some restrictions that a previous owner had place on it. She worked through it and it became a successful sale.

We had a rather complicated sale. The buyer wanted our property and an adjoining property listed a particular way and he changed his wishes several times. His bank, accordingly, was very slow in approving his loan. We waited near 6 weeks for a closing. The Zickert Group was with us every step of the way and gave clear explanations to all of our questions and provided frequent updates on information derived from the buyer's agent. My wife and I felt we were in professional hands.
Working with Jon and Alicia was a great experience and they made sure to represent us in the most professional manner. We appreciate the time and effort they put into making sure our goals for the sale of our home were met.

Jon did a great job. Hayden lacked communication updates. Normally I had to contact him to found out what was going on. For the $40+ in commissions I would've preferred better communication. YOU must read the entire contract with them! Several items popped up at closing that I did not know about and was taken by surprise. When I questioned it, Hayden said it's in the contact and non-negotiable, at least Jon sent me an e-mail with good description of what was going on.
But in long run they got the job done and in a relatively shorter duration than I expected. I would use Jon again.
