Barb listened to our expectations. She was realistic about pricing and days on market, and did not bamboozle us with lofty claims. She worked hard to attractively stage the property. Because of these things the property sold quickly and our price goals were met.
Holly was prompt in her responses, kept it simple and straightforward, answered all my questions and offered options. I felt well represented and not overlooked, even though my piece of property was not highly prized. Would contact her in the future if the need arises.

Cassie Kraus was such an excellent realtor. She was ready at anytime to set up and show us property - so many times it was a holiday weekend when people would list their properties and she would be there.
Cassie showed us so many properties and was probably not sure if we would ever find the right property for a summer cottage. Traverse City is a difficult market because good properties go so fast and their are multiple offers on them. She taught us how to do escalating offers and in the end this process did turn out to be the answer.
She stuck with us through all kinds of weather, all conditions of property, and we finally found the perfect place that met all our needs. It was a nail biter down to the last hours of closing but it all came together and the closing was a breeze.
