Erika had the distinct pleasure of selling two houses for me in Michigan. The first house, which allowed us to relocate to a different location, sold quickly and the process was easy. The second house, which was our family house and certainly cared for, didn't sell as quickly. Not to any fault by Erika; she sold the house about six times over! Erika is always professional, keeps things moving, and is great at following up with any changes or quirks that happen during a home sale. Would highly recommend if I had more property to sell! But take Erika on because she'll get the job done for you.

DeAnna, has knowledge about the laws of real estate that i do not have and I was able to trust her suggestions and helpful ideas. DeAnna, helped me get organized with the moving end of it, which was a major undertaking for me doing it alone at 87 years old. She didn't leave me to struggle through this alone.
