Kept the lines of communication open .. while I had a hard time connecting to my bank's mortgage assistant, I could get hold of Holly quickly. She may not have had the most extensive experience, but she would check quickly with others and get back to us with options or other opinions and was very transparent. Her close relationship to the sellers agent was invaluable in transmitting information.

She came highly recommended by a friend, and she lived up to every expectation and more! As first time home owners the entire process was intimidating, but we felt very comfortable with Janel leading us through the entire process. She was very accommodating of our schedule which we needed because we were shopping from out of state, and visits to town to shop were brief. In the end she found us a home in our price range that we absolutely loved. My only complaint is that now we have closed and moved in, we don't get to see Janel anymore . She was truly a wonderful person and realtor.

Where do I begin. Right from the start we knew she would do the best for us. We never felt like we were bothering her with phone calls or questions. We are in the U.P. so they walked us through the homes and were perfectly honest about what they saw. Very helpful in putting our offer together. They spent a lot of time with us when we came to see the house during the inspection. We were so thrilled to see a text from them at 6:00 in the morning to call them when we could. What an exciting morning when she said they accepted our offer. We enjoyed conversation with them as we waited for the inspection, feel like we’ve known them forever. I highly recommend them to anyone .
