Barb listened to our expectations. She was realistic about pricing and days on market, and did not bamboozle us with lofty claims. She worked hard to attractively stage the property. Because of these things the property sold quickly and our price goals were met.
Holly was prompt in her responses, kept it simple and straightforward, answered all my questions and offered options. I felt well represented and not overlooked, even though my piece of property was not highly prized. Would contact her in the future if the need arises.

Leanne went far above and beyond anything we expected from a realtor. I began this purchase of Michigan land from my home in Hawai‘i, which added layers of complexity that Leanne handled with remarkable ease.
We were searching for a very specific kind of land, and from the very beginning, Leanne was patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the RIGHT property, not just A property. She listened carefully, asked all the right questions, and never rushed or pressured us. She coordinated everything seamlessly despite the five-hour time difference.
What truly set her apart was everything she did after we found the land. The seller situation was complicated and involved the removal of a defunct mobile home and two inoperable vehicles. Leanne went the extra-extra mile, engaging two other colleagues, to work through those challenges with professionalism, persistence, and grace. She handled so many details we never would have expected a realtor to take responsibility for. She made our lives so much easier, calmed all our anxieties, and did it all with cheerfulness and care. What a star!
Once we arrived in Michigan to view the property, she literally walked the entire 6.5 acres with us in a foot of snow and nineteen-degree weather so we could understand the boundaries and the land itself. That level of hands-on care in any profession is incredibly rare today. She even reached out to a potential neighbor and made an introduction on our behalf.

If you are looking for a realtor who truly advocates for you and treats your purchase as if it matters personally to her, I cannot recommend Leanne highly enough. Ginny is absolutely fantastic. There wasn’t a time of day or mountain of snow that she said no to taking us to see a home. My fiancé and I both were never free till after 5 and she made it work with our schedule. One of the homes we look at, it was 7pm when we got to it.
She made it clear from the beginning she is big on communication. I knew no matter when I sent a text or email she would get back to me ASAP.
She gives that warm love, the kind you need when buying a home in today’s market seems like it won’t happen she made it happen. She always kept a positive attitude of “don’t worry I got you will figure this out together”. It’s a wonderful grounding quality to have, specially when you think you won’t find anything you like/in the budget.
She was amazing at communicating with our lender as well and that’s always a relationship that you want. They both need to be able to have open communication because you want that team to be a strong one.
