Jon did a great job. Hayden lacked communication updates. Normally I had to contact him to found out what was going on. For the $40+ in commissions I would've preferred better communication. YOU must read the entire contract with them! Several items popped up at closing that I did not know about and was taken by surprise. When I questioned it, Hayden said it's in the contact and non-negotiable, at least Jon sent me an e-mail with good description of what was going on.
But in long run they got the job done and in a relatively shorter duration than I expected. I would use Jon again.
I enjoyed working with Michelle. She was personable and was a great comfort navigating through selling my father’s house and going through the estate/trust process. She kept me informed every step of the way and always answered the phone or returned my calls promptly.
I will definitely use her again if the occasion comes up, and will recommend her to my family and friends.
