Our project wasn’t a very big one for her. Yet, it was filled with unforeseen challenges in the closing process. No fault of her own. We had a rather complicated sale. The buyer wanted our property and an adjoining property listed a particular way and he changed his wishes several times. His bank, accordingly, was very slow in approving his loan. We waited near 6 weeks for a closing. The Zickert Group was with us every step of the way and gave clear explanations to all of our questions and provided frequent updates on information derived from the buyer's agent. My wife and I felt we were in professional hands.
Working with Jon and Alicia was a great experience and they made sure to represent us in the most professional manner. We appreciate the time and effort they put into making sure our goals for the sale of our home were met.
Ginny is absolutely fantastic. There wasn’t a time of day or mountain of snow that she said no to taking us to see a home. My fiancé and I both were never free till after 5 and she made it work with our schedule. One of the homes we look at, it was 7pm when we got to it.
She made it clear from the beginning she is big on communication. I knew no matter when I sent a text or email she would get back to me ASAP.
She gives that warm love, the kind you need when buying a home in today’s market seems like it won’t happen she made it happen. She always kept a positive attitude of “don’t worry I got you will figure this out together”. It’s a wonderful grounding quality to have, specially when you think you won’t find anything you like/in the budget.
She was amazing at communicating with our lender as well and that’s always a relationship that you want. They both need to be able to have open communication because you want that team to be a strong one.
So if you’re young or old. First home or not. I have nothing but love for the woman that made it possible for us to have a place to call home!

Barb listened to our expectations. She was realistic about pricing and days on market, and did not bamboozle us with lofty claims. She worked hard to attractively stage the property. Because of these things the property sold quickly and our price goals were met.
Holly was prompt in her responses, kept it simple and straightforward, answered all my questions and offered options. I felt well represented and not overlooked, even though my piece of property was not highly prized. Would contact her in the future if the need arises.
