Stephanie has now helped me buy three properties in Bellaire, and the fact that I keep coming back is the whole review.
I buy short term rentals, which means I am not evaluating a house the way most buyers do. I am looking at what it will produce, what it will cost to run, and how fast I can get it earning. Stephanie understood that from the first showing. She never tried to sell me on a house. She gave me the honest read on the property, the road, the water, the neighborhood, the things that matter to a guest and to the bottom line. More than once she told me a place was not the right fit before I had to work that out myself. That kind of honesty is rare, and it saved me real money.
She knows the Bellaire market at a level you cannot fake. Which locations rent and which ones sit, what a property is actually worth versus what it is listed for, who to call for an inspection or a quote when the timeline is tight. On all three purchases she moved fast when it counted and stayed calm when things got complicated, and something always gets complicated.
The other thing worth saying is that she is responsive. Texts get answered. Questions get real answers instead of vague ones. She was my eyes on the ground, walking properties, sending video, catching things I would have missed.
Three closings in, I do not shop for agents in Northern Michigan anymore. If you are buying in Bellaire or anywhere in Antrim County, especially as an investment, call Stephanie.

We never felt pressured to make decisions, but at the same time, well-informed about our chances of success when timing was off the essence. Should we wave a need for realtors in the future, we'll be contacting them again.

We had two homes we were dealing with - one selling our home to a family member and another with buying a smaller home. She had an amazing staff that researched the best way to sell our home to family which went very smoothly. Then to helped us to close on the second house and set up a time for a walk through with the seller.
Lisa carefully chose the people we needed to work with, Title Company, co-worker to show us the house we were interested in while she was out of town, the man who did the inspection and worked with the seller's realtor, too.
