Her knowledge of the area is impressive – she knew the neighborhoods inside and out, understood the history of the homes we looked at, and was quick to spot potential risks or things we as buyers wouldn't necessarily notice. This expertise helped us understand what we were really getting into with each property.
What I appreciated most was how positive and encouraging she stayed, especially when we hit some bumps and started getting discouraged. Instead of pushing us to just take something, she kept reminding us not to settle and that the right house would come along. That patience and support meant everything.
When it came to negotiations, Crystal was exactly what you want in an agent. She fought for us and made sure we got a fair deal, but she did it in a way that was professional and didn't burn any bridges. She's tough when she needs to be, but handles everything with class.
