We loved having Chris as our realtor. We had very specific criteria that we were looking for in a lakehouse and we were four hours away so it made finding a house a bit challenging, but Kris was up for the challenge and was patient to help us find the right one. He went over and beyond to help us in our search whether that was a FaceTime walk-through of a house, spending days with us looking at 6 to 8 houses per day just so we could learn the area and which lakes we wanted to be on. He took the time to really understand what we wanted. He also is great at helping estimate how much improvements would cost so we could understand the total cost to create the type of home we wanted to live in. Chris is a great guy, a joy to work with, quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the Detroit market. We highly recommend him..

I met Rome randomly at an open house and immediately loved her vibe! She is down to Earth, honest, so funny, and knows her stuff. She made what felt like a fruitless and never-ending journey (at first) more enjoyable. Going to see homes with her was always a joy no matter what the outcome was! Rome was never pushy and allowed me space to make my own decisions, but she never let me fall on my face. She became a true confidant to me during my home search, and I am so happy she had the patience to stick with me for over a year of looking.
