Her resources were endless and having a career in sales for the span of my entire working career, I understand the value of a network. Her high standard of professionalism was maintained throughout the process and even now, as she understands how difficult this is. Geri has gone beyond the call of duty by even offering to help me move.

Renee and Brie were amazing. Fromm the very start , they were thorough and professional. While I had intended to have them list my mother’s home, a family member came forward to buy it. They still provided updated comps for no cost, and let me know they could handle all coordination and paperwork for a very nominal fee. I don’t know how I would have gotten through this without them- they made it effortless! There was a snag on the buyer’s end. Renee had advised against having the buyers use the title company they chose, but it was ultimately their choice. There was such a stark difference between the title company we used at Renee’s suggestion and the buyer’s title company. When the issue arose, Renee and Brie jumped right in and were after the other title company until we had resolution.
We also needed a specialized plumber to check something out following the inspection, and again, the recommendation from Renee and Brie was spot on. If I could give these two more than ten stars, I’d do it in a heartbeat!
Sold our house within 2 weeks. Linda and Frank was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the housing market trends in the area and help to price our house accordingly.

Selling Woodward was recommended to me specifically for the Detroit market, by a previous mortgage broker I had worked with. Brie and Renee were absolutely fantastic to work with. When the virtual closing system had technical difficulties, they made sure to get a local notary over the my home so I could close on schedule. In short: They get it done for their clients.
