Susan is excellent at her job, and she is a lovely person as well. She was able to get our Metamora lot sold despite a tough real estate market, especially the market for vacant land. She was always on top of everything and very good with communicating with us. I appreciated that she always offered thoughtful and honest advice about pricing, timing, etc. I highly recommend Susan, and I would recommend her to others as well.
