Even before I worked with her, I had heard how Kristin had expertly helped the in-laws of a good friend of mine in NY to whom I had recommended Kristin after receiving her contact info from others in our department at UM. Kristin first helped my friend's in-laws, settled in Connecticut, find a rental here in Ann Arbor and then helped them purchase a suitable home. A year or more had elapsed after I had given my friend in NYC Kristin's contact info. Despite the long elapsed time, Kristin still reached out to me to thank me for referring my friend's in-laws to her. I thus got on Kristin's e-mail list and I actually really enjoyed reading and absorbing all the home sales data in Kristin's monthly newsletter. Everything! She is friendly, and genuine, and exceptionally knowledgeable about real estate in the Ann Arbor area. She also has a large number of colleagues (plumbers, electricians, structural engineers, etc.) whom she can recommend, and all of them are also very high quality and very reasonable in price. I can't imagine referring friends who are looking for a real estate agent to anyone else!
