Lucky helped us buy our first house after my brother recommended her. We used her now for our second house and will be continuing to use her to sell our current home. We have lived in the suburbs and are moving to a more rural area with acreage and she was able to assist with all of it.

Diana did a lot of work that others were supposed to do. Diana also did the paperwork that was supposed to be done by a buyer. When the first buyer walked, Diana immediately had a backup. Then when the backup didn't qualify, Diana knew to lower the price. Then I lowered it even more.
Diana's knowledge with the City of Taylor was a plus. Diana went to school with some of the men in the building department. She also had direct contacts with the city of Taylor.
Most of all how Diana had to work with a very difficult person with a sale of my house was amazing. She displayed professionalism, knowledge and kept her cool! Diana diffused many conversations that could have turned into an argument.
Even while on vacation, Diana kept communication about my sale. While preparing a meal for her family, she would still answer my text or calls. She was literally available 24 hours a day.

Susie is very friendly and is a hard worker. She did a very good job getting my house prepped for an MLS listing that captured the best qualities of the house. The buyers and me had some time constraints and coordinating the sale with these constraints was a little challenging, but Susie was thorough and very helpful in making the process work out.
Our first realtor really gave my wife and I a suspicious nature towards realtors but Stacey sure did change that view. She gave us valuable information during every walkthrough, the positives and the negatives. She never pressured us to do or think any certain way, gave straight facts and her expert opinion.
