Barb was very up front with what the market was showing for homes like ours, that helped us make a decision easier. Also, when it came time to show the house, Barb found a photographer that made the house look marvelous. We also had a few unexpected closing glitches at the house, that Barb coordinated the delays through keeping everyone updated until we could bring them to resolution.
