Alan is willing to help with the sale in many ways. He summarized and wrote to two contractors that I was not happy with to see if they would take responsibility for their mistakes. He also took over the project of finding and installing smoke detectors in order to meet code.

Jon did a great job. Hayden lacked communication updates. Normally I had to contact him to found out what was going on. For the $40+ in commissions I would've preferred better communication. YOU must read the entire contract with them! Several items popped up at closing that I did not know about and was taken by surprise. When I questioned it, Hayden said it's in the contact and non-negotiable, at least Jon sent me an e-mail with good description of what was going on.
But in long run they got the job done and in a relatively shorter duration than I expected. I would use Jon again.
I enjoyed working with Michelle. She was personable and was a great comfort navigating through selling my father’s house and going through the estate/trust process. She kept me informed every step of the way and always answered the phone or returned my calls promptly.
I will definitely use her again if the occasion comes up, and will recommend her to my family and friends.
