Larry did an stellar job of finding me a home that fit my needs and my budget -- I ended up getting the property for $10k under the asking price, and he was also able to get the seller to pay his commission. I know that's pretty common, but it wasn't a guarantee!
Not only did I get an outstanding deal on a beautiful property in a great area, the entire process took less than two months. Larry was always available whenever I had questions, and he would immediately reach out to the seller's agent if I needed information that he didn't have.
