Everything! She is friendly, and genuine, and exceptionally knowledgeable about real estate in the Ann Arbor area. She also has a large number of colleagues (plumbers, electricians, structural engineers, etc.) whom she can recommend, and all of them are also very high quality and very reasonable in price. Where do I begin. Right from the start we knew she would do the best for us. We never felt like we were bothering her with phone calls or questions. We are in the U.P. so they walked us through the homes and were perfectly honest about what they saw. Very helpful in putting our offer together. They spent a lot of time with us when we came to see the house during the inspection. We were so thrilled to see a text from them at 6:00 in the morning to call them when we could. What an exciting morning when she said they accepted our offer. We enjoyed conversation with them as we waited for the inspection, feel like we’ve known them forever. I highly recommend them to anyone .
