When issues from inspections came up, he was contacting the seller, the inspector, and getting us quotes for possible remediation in case we needed to do it ourselves. He handled changing close dates with a cool head, and as far as coordinating with the lender is concerned, Kurt was a rockstar! Even though we used our own lender, Kurt was constantly moving the ball forward and kept us fully in the loop at every step, helping us stay on track to close.

Cassie Kraus was such an excellent realtor. She was ready at anytime to set up and show us property - so many times it was a holiday weekend when people would list their properties and she would be there.
Cassie showed us so many properties and was probably not sure if we would ever find the right property for a summer cottage. Traverse City is a difficult market because good properties go so fast and their are multiple offers on them. She taught us how to do escalating offers and in the end this process did turn out to be the answer.
