The doctors taking their time to go over lab results and really take an interest in their client. An overall focus on total health and well being; the goal is to create harmony mentally and physically. That is what I believe in and other doctors don't want to take the time or interest.

Once an account is established the ease of use of the on line ordering. And although I don't use the feature, the capability to receive refills without having to remember to place an order.
