I was there with a client. When it seemed our lunch was taking a bit long, the Manager came and apologized and explained why, which was nice. Then, at the end of the meal, the lunch (oyster sliders) was written off as a courtesy. This was unexpected and unnecessary, but very nice as well. Our server, Mehgan, was also very nice.
On the down side, I thought the lobster roll special, while good, was a bit over priced based on the amount of meat in it. I was in Maine last fall and ate a ton of them, and they were packed with lobster mea and much cheaper.
Perfect. Has an out of town guest, from New York (so high standards) and she was blown away. Our server was from the bar and was outstanding!
Every single food item we ate was excellent. We had the steak, potatoes, salad, sole fish, chicken, and donut for dessert. The oysters were excellent. The wine selections were fantastic. Even the Hush Puppies tasted super gourmet. Our Valentines Day double date group commented that there was nothing that didn't taste excellent at all. One minor thing was that the waiter or waitress kept forgetting some of our request, but we do understand that it was Valentine's Day. Absolutely recommend to anyone else.

Our server was extremely helpful and professional. I especially liked that they had a vegetarian option that was well thought out and delicious. Not just the combo plate of sides that so many restaurants offer. A fantastic dish!

Food was excellent. The fish and scallop entrees were cooked perfectly, not overdone. Only complaint is that the night we were there, you guys had a problem with the hush puppies! I was so looking forward to them. It was still a good experience with great service and atmosphere.

The commitment to customer service is impeccable. The team communicates well and let's us know what is happening and offers options to make ourselves comfortable.
We love you food and the overall dining experience, however, size of tables are small. We did advise as we sat down that the table would not be big enough. We did move as dinner was served, but that could have been avoided.

Dinner was excellent; had the Lobster Pour special, and the lobsters were incredibly tender. Overall atmosphere was excellent. Was the first time we had been to Lure; will be back.
The bartenders are absolutely fantastic. Always make it a superb experience.

The manager did an incredible job at correcting an uncomfortable situation for my wife and I. We visit fifth group restaurants often and this is likely the best impression I've received from one of your managers.
