What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Silver Slippers program and Bonnie Clements has kept me able to do a lot of things that old ladies who are 88 years old can't usually do. The program has kept me going and has kept me happy. Don't know what I'd do without it.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Frankfort YMCA provides many positive activities, services, and experiences that would otherwise be very limited here. The impact here is dramatic. I especially like the fact the you have continued to provide swimming at KSU during (what I hope will be) temporary closure of the YMCA.

I love the water aerobics. You meet lots of interesting people and get a great workout. Very good instructors. Have fun while exercising.

It has all of the equipment that I use for working out. It is clean and is safe and has plenty of space.

I do not participate in the programs or activities. I use mostly the treadmill. The staff is very friendly.

Pool at KSU needs to have longer hours at least till 1:00! And add the noon classes back.
