Friendly staff they took the time to search for the part I needed instead of saying they didn’t have it. They looked over his entire bike to make sure brakes were working and nothing else was faulty. They fixed my boys bike in one day!! That was amazing

Honestly one of my first times in a bike store and am new to cycling. The staff was great, the young lady that helped me informed me how to properly fit the bike and helped me pick out exactly which kind I would want for the riding I intend to do. I purchased a nice hybrid that day and the staff even hung out a min or two after close so I could return to pick it up.

Amount of products in stock is awesome and the service provided to customers was top notch. Didn’t push me on a certain bike and picked out a bike he felt was best for my style of riding. Installed all my accessories quickly plus set my seat height while in store for best fitment to my height. Just an all around amazing experience and a ton of fun with the crew. Would highly recommend Reggie’s to anyone
