Melissa and crew are so awesome!! They're so friendly, they show they care (ie; greeting you and your pup as you enter the building, saying goodbye to your pup when you leave, sharing stories of your dog's day at daycare), etc.

Herbie has a great time there and I'm glad he has a place to go to play and burn energy and to feel safe while he's doing so.

I have one recommendation. The staff is wonderful and when you see the same ones over & over, you remember their names, but some staff members look similar to each other and some you don't see quite as often so it's hard to remember their name. It would be great if staff could wear name tags. I hate not being able to thank them or address them by name.

I called on Saturday the 18th after having an awlful experience with the front desk employee at the West Dogtopia location.
The Millard location employees were more than willing to help me. They accommodated a meet and greet that was not scheduled. And they were both very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional.

All the staff is very friendly. The groomers are great with our dogs, especially the one who used to get anxiety during grooming, but not since coming here.
