I was a bit disappointed this time around. A part was required but no one called to inform me of the delay. Then they said the car would be ready on Friday and it wasn't but again no one called to tell me it wasn't going to be ready. i got the car back on Monday.

As a woman alone, it’s important for me to feel that I am not being taken advantage of in any way. I was in for an oil change and a brake problem I was told exactly what they were going to do and why and also given a coupon to apply to make it more affordable. I was also given an alternative which was much money less that would fix my brake problem. The atmosphere there as I waited was calm and comfortable and the technicians and person at the desk were respectful and kind.
