While we've only had a Merry Maids in our home on 1 occasion, we were very pleased with the work that was performed & the professionalism of both women providing these services. We would like to continue receiving services, however cost is a factor Merry Maids is significantly higher than other local competitors, so at this point we are weighing our options.

The ladies who came to clean my house were courteous, professional, and thorough. I was nervous about having strangers in my home, but, because of merry maids, feel very comfortable with having monthly service now. Thank you so very much for your hard work and professional attitudes.

Thorough job

Very thorough cleaning service and friendly people who do the work and make the appointments. Whatever cleaning products are used certainly do the job well, and the house smells wonderful when they leave. I have no complaints.

The services are good. However the all purpose cleaner that is used on glass surfaces started leaving a filmy residue......I noticed this about two months ago and instructed the ladies who come not to use it on any glass surface in my home. I have them use Windex and paper towels. Did the formulation of the product change? I never had a problem with it before......I have a lot of glass.....including floor to ceiling glass block walls. I don't mind supplying the Windex and paper towels, but feel that my fee should be reduced as long as I am doing that. Thank you.
