When I first called and chatted with Bill, I kept thinking to myself how nice of a person he is. He assured me that his team would take great care of my home, he didn't disappoint. The ladies showed up early and stayed until the job was done. It was so nice to come after a long day to a beautifully clean house. The amount of stress that they have taken off my to do list is indescribable. I don't know why I waited so long to call. I am extremely happy with Merry Maids.

Great customer service from Bill and all the staff. Been very satisfied 99% of the time. Every now and then something will be forgotten but it’s rare - it happens, we’re human. I don’t even notice cleaning products which is very cool.
Very nice ladies. Thorough cleaning. If I have a request or complaint, they are quick to tend to my needs. They are mindful of the COVID-19 situation and take all precautions to keep their staff and their clients safe.

The employees are vetted. In our home in particular the employees used low or non scented products. It is my preference that the house is left with a stronger scent of cleaning product.
