I love the hot tub, steam room, and pool… I’m a senior citizen, retired and one of the high points of my day is visiting the YMCA.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love the two week membership. Allows frequent visitors like myself to keep close to our workout routines when away from home. This is not available at all YMCAs. Bravo!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

swimming lanes and recreational swimming. There are many times each day to choose from. This is great. The swim pass for 35$ is very reasonably priced. The hot tub steam room, sauna and changerooms are all clean.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I have only tried the AquaFit through Wellspring. And I love it. Such a wonderful class. Such a wonderful atmosphere. This class makes me feel less self conscious about my body, and my cancer scars. <3 I'm so pleased that the YMCA and Hayhoe Homes would partner to do this wonderful opportunity for this community.

I love everything about the Y! I like the instructors in all the group fitness classes. I love that early morning classes fit my schedule. I also love the affordability of a Y membership.

I Work at the St.Thomas ymca it be 15yr in October. I don't attend the classes but they sure are largely attended.
