The aquatic programs are wonderful. I have been going to chairyoga and grearly enjoy. Everything at my Y is perfect for me.

Love the gym and the fight class. I don’t participate in the Aquafit class but I watched them from the treadmill upstairs and they look amazing.
I love the aqua fit classes. Great instructors and great work out. Also use the track in bad weather.
My daughters swim there. The facility is clean, very well organized, with lots of features.
I just use the pool.
I like aquafit in the morning...and that there are options each day of the week.

Group classes are my favourite, especially Strength & Stretch, and Boot Camp. Love aquafit, especially on Fridays. Truly miss the 6:00pm aquafit kickboxing on Monday nights. A shame as it was well loved by many. Would love to see it back. Hint, hint.
Staffs are all so wonderful and friendly. I love going there for playroom for kids.
I like the aquafit classes but would like at least one class dedicated to Deep Water, earlier than the Friday 10:00 a.m. class. That timing just takes the whole day for me.

I love that StarTech YMCA fosters inclusivity and a sense of community. The facilities are impeccable and staff members are awesome!

Love Aquafit and the various schedule options available. I do wish there were more dedicated deep water classes. Everyone that I have interacted with associated with this facility is extremely friendly and helpful.

Lifeguards are for most part VERY FRIENDLY.

I am so glad you accepted the Ladies Day Out Group where we enjoy many activities, including badminton, Aquafit and social meetings.
I really enjoy the services they offer for our family. From the child minding services, swimming lessons, to the classes, we really feel a part of the YMCA family.
Great instructor for aquafit and nice facilities. Easy to get in and out of the pool.
