Swimming
The walking track is fantastic, particularly when the 6yr. olds are in action.
The overall facility is the best.

I want to improve my swimming form, etc. I tried one class, but found the instructor to be working at a very low level.
StarTeck Y is always...inclusive, welcoming, friendly, and thoughtful! I have made many new friends and I never regret going to this Y. I already enjoy challenging myself with STY's Spin Classs and Turf classes but I may try some of the other group classes such as Strength & Stretch and AquaFit. For me it is just a question of how I can fit all these activities in my schedule.
Flexibility, particularly the pool pass which allows access to the pool (at least the StarTech one) for a lower cost. This is great for those of us who only want to use it a couple of times a week and don't use any of the other facilities.
Great instructors and well-kept equipment.
Swimming lessons
I use the swimming pool only - so your pool tickets $4/swim or packages of 10 are perfect. I typically buy 3 sets at a time. Your lifeguards are wonderful.
I swim a mile typically 3 - 4 times per week. The pool attendee's are very respectful of other swimmers and if anyone has questions the lifeguard's are quick to assist.
The programs are supportive to all ages of people and Carrie variety of interesting activities that compliments diverse population. Thank you.

You hire great instructors. I love my Aquafit instructor, Sarah. Our change and class rooms are clean.
I don’t usually participate in your programs or activities, however I used to take a cycling class on Saturday mornings and loved it. Colette is awesome!
