I enjoy group classes. The instructors are excellent. Everyone is welcome and works at his/her own pace. It is a very non- judgemental atmosphere.

I like the pool and the overall environment, although the pool does need some cleaning.
The instructor. I take the chair fit class. We are at different levels of fitness and the instructor tells us how to change the exercise so we are able to work with class.

I started doing Aquafit classes recently. I love the people and how friendly they all are. The instructors are great at helping you understand what to do. The pool is warm enough, and the dressing room with sauna and whirlpool are great for afterward.
Well I really enjoyed the hot tub with the bubbles felt really good on my back
