Merry maids does a great job! They are very thorough and I always come home to a spotless house. Alex who I think runs the business is very responsive, pleasant, and proactive. I requested to have the same cleaner each time and they accommodated that request (one person is consistent, then there is sometimes a second person and that person seems to rotate).

I like the the friendly staff, the low-scent cleaning products and I feel that your prices are very reasonable.
I would like a little more attention paid to the kitchen floor. It has texture and "pits" in the surface which are part of the tile. As a result, sometimes the actual dirt on the floor is missed because it blends in with the tile surface. A quick mop does not always suffice, and as it is the kitchen, I think a little more care is needed, perhaps a double mop. I don't expect the dark pits to be scrubbed! That stuff is permanent!

The people who cleaned our house were very friendly. They arrived punctually. They cleaned our stove perfectly. I have been trying to get that stove clean for ages and was not able to do it with my scouring pads or anything. Now it is pristine. Great cleaning!
Really good job with our first clean. More expensive than I thought it would be for the first clean but understandable. Everyone I spoke woth from the burlington location was friendly and professional and respectful. I am very happy to have them back.

Merry Maids arrive at my home on the specified day and begin their tasks as soon as they arrive. I usually stay out of the way to let them do their jobs and they perform their duties in a professional manner. I am not aware of what products they use, but after the cleaning is done, everything seems very fresh and clean. I have had no problem with the Maids coming to my home. Thank you very much.
