I have been a customer since arriving in Switzerland in 2008. Roger has always been professional, helpful, and tolerant of my still poor German. The services he performed on my Project1 and our other TREK bikes, was and continues to be professional and completed in a timely manner. I have also
purchased multiple bicycles for my son and he always took the time to assist us in determining the correct size bike. I will not be going anywhere else for my bike needs!

Super service! Roger was very informative with all of my questions regarding all things cycling! I went in for a bike fitting and I was well taken care of. Precise, friendly and open communications all through the few hours of the fitting. My bike and body is now in a good start for those kilometres in road. I will certainly come back, especially for the Trek selections.
