We love our service guy, Brandon. He’s always on time and communicates like it’s his job. He’s friendly with my kid and dog and professional. The different bug services you offer are great and if I have any issues in between service times, Brandon will come handle it. Thank you. We’ve had Cook’s at our old house and they are not nearly as good and I was driving behind an Orkin truck yesterday and he was playing on his cell phone and dilly dallying around and all I could think about was the person waiting on him to get to their house and he was taking his sweet time. Glad we have Arrow.
