I will follow Porter anywhere! He is the BEST stylist I've found within a 30 mile range of Knoxville! My hair is thin, but I have a lot of it. I don't use a lot of products, dont use a lot of heat often. NO ONE can make my hair look like he can! Don't do like me and waste ur time
& money trying someone closer to home. Just find Tim Porter and go to him!

I saw Kasey to correct a poor coloring job done at another location, and she was amazing. She was able to avoid redoing highlights by just removing the toner, which was also healthier for my hair. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness in this regard and am happy to have found a new stylist! Thanks also to Shannon who helped me out with this delicate situation. I hated to be “that person” to complain, but after multiple instances of leaving the salon with an entirely different color than I came in with (and realizing I’d spent around $1000 on poor results over the years) I really appreciated her kindness and understanding as I had a big event soon and wanted to look good. Having talked to Shannon over the years, I called to ask her advice on how to proceed/who to see and was prepared to pay whatever necessary. She not only recommended Kasey but also arranged it so that I wasn’t required to pay for a color correction. All of the above reflect why I‘ve been a customer of Natural Alternatives for nearly 20 years, and I look forward to seeing Kasey in the future!
