The service is very effective (meaning we rarely ever see a bug inside; and when we do, it's our fault for having left a door open for too long[!], for example while bringing something inside from the carport). Our local Terminix branch is great! They're responsive to customer preferences and they do their best to accommodate according to what works best for us, and we really do appreciate that! Kudos especially to Sharon Gunn, LaToya Pledger, C.J. Mack, and (for resolving technical issues awhile back) Steven Lee. We appreciate all of you!!
